Dr. Godder has been a practicing dentist since 1974, receiving his DMD from Hebrew University in Jerusalem and his certificate from New York University's (NYU's) College of Dentistry. He regularly takes advantage of continuing education opportunities to learn about new dental techniques through NYU's College of Dentistry or at various dental meetings and conventions. He also teaches young practitioners: since 1989, he has filled a number of posts at NYU, including Instructor in Pre-Clinical Operative Dentistry and Dental Anatomy, and Director of Clinical Care within the Division of Restorative and Prosthodontic Sciences. He currently serves as Clinical Associate Professor of Cariology and Comprehensive Care at NYU. Thanks to his dedication, he received a Distinguished Faculty Award in 2004 and a Dean's Circle Star Award in 2009. Dr. Godder is also a member of a variety of dental societies, including the American Dental Association, the American Dental Education Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the International Association for Dental Research. Since 2005, Dr. Godder has served in the Medical Reserve Corps of the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, and since 1988 he has participated in NYU's Senior Citizen Dental Health Screening program. Dr. Godder is also widely published, for instance in the Journal of Dental Education, General Dentistry, and the American Journal of Dentistry, in addition to several chapters in textbooks. Beyond New York, Dr. Godder maintains professional affiliations with universities and dental associations in Israel, Russia, and Poland. He is currently conducting research into ethnicity and oral health, as well as new dental techniques and teaching methods. Dr Godder is a licensing agency with the North East Agency of Dental Examiners.
Ms. Monaenko has worked with Dr. Godder for over 10 years and serves as a dental hygienist in the office, working with the team to ensure optimal patient treatment, and answering patient questions about at-home care and prevention. Ms. Monaenko holds a M.S. in Physics from the Institute of Precision Mechanics and Optics in St. Petersburg

Ms. Stepanova has also worked with Dr. Godder for over 10 years and serves as the office manager for the practice.
